What equipment do I need & how long do the workouts take?

We can program for any mix of equipment you have access to. This includes kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bands, full gym, etc.

Your workout length will depend on the time you have available.

What is the food like?

We will provide you with custom recipes for every meal, including snacks. These will be designed to fit your goals, tastes, and dietary requirements.

How do I communicate with my coach?

All communication takes place within the app. We will use a mix of audio, video, and text messaging.

What does the accountability look like?

You will have weekly check-in’s with your coach where you discuss weekly progress and upcoming challenges. As a coaching team, we are dedicated to keeping you on track and moving forward.
