As a busy dad and husband juggling long commutes and a demanding job, I found myself slowly losing my fitness. It didn’t sit right with me, and I knew I had to make a change. With a growing family and mounting responsibilities, I started small—incorporating kettlebells into my routine at home. The training challenged me in unexpected ways, requiring core strength and a mind-muscle connection I hadn’t developed yet. It sparked a new obsession: building a strong, functional body.
This journey led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist. As I gained knowledge and confidence, I saw real progress in strength and muscle gain. My passion only grew, and I became a Certified Nutrition Coach, which transformed my physique even further.
Balancing family life and my role as a corporate VP, I realized that helping others with their fitness was my true calling. I took the leap and left my corporate job to share my knowledge and passion. Now, with a team of expert coaches, we specialize in a wide range of fitness styles and training methods. While kettlebells remain a core part of my training, I’ve continued to evolve, prioritizing strength and mobility for a strong, functional body.
I know how challenging it is to balance fitness with work, family, and life commitments, but I also know how empowering it feels to transform your body and mindset. My goal is to help you experience the same transformation.
