WHY MARTIN METHOD?
As a busy dad and husband myself, balancing long commutes and a demanding job, I found my fitness slipping away gradually. This realization didn’t sit well with me, and I knew a change was necessary. With a growing family and increasing responsibilities, I decided to start small—introducing kettlebells into my home routine. This training challenged me in ways I hadn't anticipated, demanding core strength and a mind-muscle connection I had yet to develop. It ignited a new passion: building a strong, functional body.
