Outside of fitness, I’m obsessed with my Vizsla puppy Winnie, I love a good breakfast sandwich, and believe laughter (and kettlebells) can fix almost anything.

I’m all about balance and just getting the body moving. “An object in motion will stay in motion!!” Thanks sir Isaac Newton, It’s important to me to make movement a movement. And to always have fun with your training, being grateful for your body to be able to move! I love the concept of “exercise snacks”, you don’t need to do a 2 hour insane workout to release your endorphins, or feel better, even 5 minutes to break a sweat can do you wonders. Get out and play! I love helping others discover this and watch them grow mentally and physically as well!
