I love strength training and helping people feel strong. I love working with brand new people to help them find their love of fitness. It's so awesome to see when things start to click and people look forward to their workouts. I also love working with people who love to work hard and want to be challenged. Happy to meet people in the season of life they are in! 


I love all types of breakfast food. Could eat breakfast for every meal! I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy being a mom to my 3 beautiful children and try to show them how important it is to take care of your health and move your body.

Over the 9 years of CrossFit, I’ve learned so much. It’s such a humbling sport. I barely could run around the building when I first started. Then I fell in love with weightlifting, and wanting to feel strong. I finally gained some confidence in myself. Then I had some babies and found myself all over again. Now it’s my community, an outlet to relieve stress, and spend time with my closest friends. Somedays you go through the motions, other days you kick butt, and a lot of days are somewhere in between.

 

What I cherish most about this journey is the sense of camaraderie and support that defines our group. We cheer each other on, celebrate victories, and lift each other up during setbacks. It’s more than just a workout; it’s a shared experience that fosters growth both physically and mentally. The lessons I've learned extend beyond the gym—resilience, perseverance, and the importance of setting goals have permeated every aspect of my life. Now, as I look forward, I am excited to continue pushing my limits and, perhaps, inspiring others along the way. Weightlifting has become more than a routine; it’s a lifestyle that I am grateful to embrace every day.
