THE MARTIN PROGRAM

A structured group training experience designed for busy parents who want to get stronger, leaner, and more capable without overcomplicating their lives. ​

Program Goal:
The goal of the program is to focus on the things that matter for longevity. In this program, you will shed fat and build up your overall strength, muscular volume,  mobility, VO2 max, grip strength, and core strength. These are the necessary components to building a body that performs well, and looks good.

How It Works
You can join at any time and step directly into the current training week. Each week includes:
Daily workouts released in advance
Custom macro split and recipe book
Clear programming with progression
One unified group training together
Coach guidance and access

Training Options
• Kettlebell/Resistance Bands Only – Efficient training that develops strength, conditioning, and durability using kettlebells and resistance bands as the primary tool.
• Full Gym – Designed for those with access to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and a bench, following the same structure with expanded equipment options.
