When I am not in the gym I am either on a hike or at a coffee shop! Fun fact: I have watched every episode of The Simpsons from season 1-36.

If you had asked me five years ago, I would never have imagined that I would complete an ultra-trail race. Yet this past weekend, I did just that! Looking back, I thought I would have much to share, but the most significant lesson I've learned on this fitness journey is: it’s about who you become along the way. That’s the essence of it. If you can envision it and believe in yourself, you can achieve it!

I am genuinely inspired by everyone around me: my family, friends, clients, and loved ones, along with the community we are nurturing together. This support is what drives me forward. The goal remains unchanged: to be better than I was yesterday! So, what’s next for me? I’m excited about the idea of becoming a two-time marathoner, so @hamiltonmarathon, I’ll see you in November!
