I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for over 16 years, ever since my mom took me to the gym in Grade 10—and I’ve never looked back. My training background includes everything from bodybuilding, CrossFit, and kettlebells to pelvic floor work and triathlon training.

With such a diverse foundation, my coaching style meets you where you’re at—keeping things fun, effective, and goal-focused. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, improve your pelvic floor, or make a lasting lifestyle change, I’m here to help you crush your goals.

If I'm not working out, you’ll find me outside hiking, biking, or just hanging out with my fiancee and/or friends and my fur baby Murphy (sometimes with a juicy IPA in hand)! A fun fact is the only place ive travelled outside of North America is Nepal & Sri Lanka.

Coach Sydnie Sandwell is the Head Coach at the Martin Method, and she is someone who leads by example. Sydnie just completed her first Ironman 70.3. She’s not afraid to take risks and dedicate herself to something, and this translates into her coaching as well. She’s a truly empathetic and motivating coach who brings out the best in our clients. Along with her ability to empower people, she is also a wealth of knowledge specializing in pelvic floor training, core training, and traditional strength training. Her ability to move heavy weight with ease would surprise you, and her clients do the same! Syd has coached tons of successful body recomp journeys as her ability to coach weight loss while prioritizing muscle growth is elite.
