Elements will give you the time and opportunity to become stronger and more proficient on Kettlebell & Sandbag training while getting the best shape of your life! This program is suitable for motivated beginners as well as advanced Kettlebell & Sandbag athletes who are looking for a greater challenge.

12-Week program with three 4 week training blocks.
What You Can Expect
4 Workouts per week with Warm Ups & Cooldowns included.

Equipment needed
-
1 pair of Kettlebells that you can overhead press for 10 reps.

A single Kettlebell that is heavier than the pair mentioned above.
-
1 Strongman style Sandbag weighing approximately 1/3-1/2 your bodyweight.
