8 WEEK STRONG MOM

This 8-week program combines pelvic floor, deep core, and traditional strength training exercises to help you reconnect with your body, postpartum—whether it’s been 6 months or 2 years. This program is designed to help you feel like yourself again. You’ve given so much to your family; now it’s time for self-care!

What You Can Expect

Weeks 1-4: 3 full body days, weeks 4-8: 3 workouts (leg, push & pull)

Fitness level

Intermediate or once cleared for exercise postpartum.

Program Goal

Rebuild your core and strength to make every movement—workout or daily life—feel easier, while addressing common postpartum issues like diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic pain, and low back pain.

  • Dumbbells and or kettlebells

  • Stability ball

  • Pilates ball

  • Resistance bands

  • Bench
